The political administration of Khyber Agency has given a three-day notice to the Afghan refugees staying illegally to leave the area otherwise they would be sent home forcibly.
According to reports, there are more than 40 Afghan families in Jamrud having no legal documents for their stay. These families and other Afghans are being asked to pack up for their homes as Pakistan cannot bear their burden any more.
Reports said that similar steps are being taken in other agencies as well.
Sources said that Pakistan has already taken steps at the Torkham border where only those Afghans having valid visas are allowed to enter the country. They said that following the strict checking at the border crossing, the number of Afghans entering Pakistan has come down to 500 to 1000 as compared to around 25,000 daily in the past, when they were free to enter Pakistan without any documents.
so finally we realized that we are sheltering snakes in our home land and those snakes are busy in suicide bombing and killing our children
