Vice Chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI) Shah Mahmood Qureshi has termed the Parliamentary Committee on Terms of Reference (TORs) for the Panama Papers probe ‘a dead horse’ and said that it cannot find a solution.

In an interview, the PTI leader said that Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) is bent on saving Nawaz Sharif and his family from accountability, but there is complete unity among the opposition parties over the Panama Leaks and corruption.

He said the conspiracies of the PML-N to divide the opposition have failed. He said if the PML-N has not committed any corruption, then why are its leaders shy of accountability. He said it appears that the rulers are not sincere to resolve the Panama Leaks issue.

He said the Pakistan People’s Party stands with the PTI and other opposition parties over the Panama Leaks issue. He said PTI is presently fighting a legal battle over the Panama Leaks but warned that it will not hesitate to come on streets.
