The police arrested 93 suspects, including illegal Afghan nationals during search operation in the provincial capital on Saturday.
Hayatabad SSP Hassan Fazal said that the police conducted search operation against outlaws and anti-state elements in Hayatabad locality of the provincial capital Peshawar.
The lady police officers and sniffer dogs also participated in the search operation. The police conducted house to house search operation and arrested 93 suspects, including seven illegal Afghan immigrants, 27 suspects and 59 involved in violation of Section 144.
Arms, including two rifles, three pistols, one Kalashnikov and drugs of different types were recovered during the operation.
The police confiscated the recovered arms and drugs.
