The security forces arrested an officer of the Afghan National Army (ANA) during a crackdown on Friday.
Sources said that the security forces on intelligence tip-off conducted operation in Taxila during which an officer of ANA identified as Noor Agha was arrested.
The nabbed ANA official was working as a greengrocer in Taxila and was residing in Mashriqabad locality of the city.
The detainee has been shifted to an undisclosed location for further investigation and important revelations were expected, the sources added.
