Supermodel Ayyan Ali filed yet another petition in the Sindh High Court (SHC) on Friday over re-including her name in the exit control list (ECL) for the third time.
The plea submitted in the court took stance that despite the decisions of Sindh High Court (SHC) and Supreme Court (SC) Ayyan’s the name has been placed on the ECL for the third time.
The petitioner asked the court to declare the step as illegal. Furthermore, the plea also requested that hearing on Ayyan’s contempt of court plea should be conducted on Tuesday. Earlier, Ayyan Ali was restricted by the immigration officials from proceeding abroad at the Karachi airport and was not allowed to leave the country after her boarding pass was cancelled by the authorities. The immigration officials stated that they could not allow the model to leave the country until they get permission from Islamabad.
