At least six key commanders of the Tehreek-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) including a brother and an uncle of former TTP chief Hakimullah Mehsud surrendered to the authorities along with their 30 men near the Afghan border in Upper Kurram Agency on Saturday night.
Former TTP chief Hakeemullah Mehsud’s brother Ejaz Mehsud and uncle Khair Muhammad are among those who gave themselves up in the Shahidano Dhand area, reports said.
According to the reports, those who surrendered were shifted to an unknown location.
