An anti-terrorism court Saturday rejected a bail plea filed by former petroleum minister Dr Asim Hussain in a case of allegedly providing medical treatment to militants in his private hospital.
The court announced a short order on Dr Asim’s plea. The ATC had reserved a verdict on the plea after hearing arguments from defence and prosecution sides earlier this month.
