The weather will remain mainly hot and dry in most parts of the country during the next 12 hours, according to Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD).
Very hot and dry condition is likely to continue over plain areas of Punjab, central and southern Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, upper Sindh, Sibi and Makran divisions.
However, dust/thunderstorm and rain with strong winds are expected in isolated places of Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Gujranwala divisions during night.
In Lahore, the temperature has decreased slightly with minimum to be 30°C and maximum 44°C.
Weather in Karachi will also remain hot, dry and partly cloudy whereas the south-western offshore wind will blow at a speed of 15-20 knots.
