LAHORE – Babu Baral, a renowned TV, film and theatre artist, was laid to rest in a local graveyard on Saturday. Various artists from the entertainment industry attended his funeral.
The 47-year-old actor from Gujranwala started his career in 1982. Babu Baral was popular among his fans and acted in various theatre hits including ‘Shartia Mithay’. Babu Baral had been suffering from hepatitis C, diabetes and a kidney disease for the last several months.
Earlier, doctors had to cut fingers of his right hand owing to diabetes. He has left two widows, two daughters and two sons.
