11 outlaws arrested in the federal capital

Islamabad police arrested 11 outlaws from various parts of the city and recovered weapons and narcotics on Sunday.

According to details, the Secretariat police arrested two culprits namely Ishtiaq Hussain and Sain Shehbaz. During a special checking the police recovered two bottles of wine and 360 grams of marijuana from their possession. Tarnol police arrested a drug pusher Farzana Bibi during a special checking and recovered 140 grams of marijuana. Shalimar police recovered a 12 bore gun with five bullets from an accused, Muhammad Miskin.

According to further details, Ramna police arrested a proclaimed offender Ehsan involved in dacoity, while Ramna police also arrested Muhammad Zeeshan involved in street crimes and recovered snatched cell-phones from his possession. Koral police arrested a proclaimed offender Gul Zaman involved in dacoity.

Margalla police also arrested a proclaimed offender Muhammad Safeer of Haripur. Cases have been registered against all the accused and further investigation is underway.

SSP Islamabad Sajid Kiani appreciated the overall performance and directed all police officials to intensify efforts in apprehending criminals.
