The murder case of Head Constable Saleem Naseer was solved within hours of his death on Thursday when the tortured body of the traffic policeman was recovered from an apartment at Nagan Chowrangi.
The police arrested the culprit who was the third wife of the slain policeman.
During an investigation by the police, it led to Naseer’s married life. Naseer had married three women. His third wife along with a friend had hacked him to death using a hammer, police said
Police arrested the wife and recovered the murder weapon from her.
