Law enforcement agencies (LEAs) arrested 30 suspects and recovered arms from their possession on Tuesday.
According to SP Nadeem Khokhar, police and personnel of sensitive agencies, on a tip-off, conducted search operation in Khayali area and Sheikhupura Road localities of Gujranwala.
During operation the LEAs searched the houses and checked the documents and other CNICs of the people in the said areas and apprehended 30 suspects besides recovering weapons.
The detainees were shifted to an undisclosed location for investigation.
