The Ahl-e-Sunnat Wal Jamaat (ASWJ) staged a protest against the suicide attacks at the shrine of Abdullah Shah Ghazi in Karachi last night in which 10 innocent people died and 50 were injured.
ASWJ District President Maulana Ismail Darvesh said such incidents of terrorism would fan sectarianism in the country. He added that terrorists were not patriotic and want to tarnish the name of Islam through such activities. He said the government should take action against such groups.
He also asked the federal government to end Maulana Ahmad Ludhanvi’s house arrest as he had not done anything to warrant such treatment.
