The Sindh Home Ministry on Tuesday notified that hearing of terrorism cases involving Lashkar-e-Jhangvi (LeJ) operatives will be conducted in jail instead of court.
Reportedly, high-profile LeJ terrorists – Qari Masood, Hidayatullah and Umer – stated to be involved in several murders, attempts to murder and other heinous crimes will now be tried in the jail.
The Home Ministry has also issued a notification to the anti-terrorism court (ATC) in this respect.
