At least eight suspects including a gravedigger were arrested from different areas in Karachi on Sunday.
Rangers and intelligence agencies conducted raids in Aziz Abad, Muhammadi Colony, Landhi and Golimar and apprehended eight suspects including a grave digger from Yaseenabad. The grave digger was identified as Nasir, who allegedly facilitated a political party in hiding arms in the graveyard. Security forces had recovered a huge cache of arms and ammunition from the graveyard two days earlier. The suspects were shifted to an undisclosed location for further interrogation.
