The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has decided to appoint grade 16 and above through the Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC).

In this regard, CDA member administration Amir Ahmad Ali sent a summary to the CDA board, a source said. Vacancies under the direct recruitment quota will be sent to FPSC to conduct tests to fill the jobs. The CDA will inform the FPSC about the educational qualification, age limit, eligibility and experience required for the posts.

In the past, close relatives of influential persons were appointed as daily wagers against posts of grade-16, 17 and 18. Around 25 percent posts of grade-18 and 19 fall under the direct quota.
