Police arrested 28 suspects during search operations in different areas of the provincial capital Lahore on Sunday.
The police conducted operations against the outlaws in Allama Iqbal Town, Qurban Line and areas surrounding the temples. The police checked the CNICs and confirmed the identification of the citizens through bio-metric system.
The police apprehended 28 suspects after recovery of weapons and failure to clarify identity and after registering cases against the detainees at respective police stations started the investigation.
