A mother protested outside the Sindh High Court on Wednesday after the court heard a case where she alleged that her ex-husband had kidnapped her 16-month-old child and transferred him to Swat.
Maryam, cried outside the court and frantically screamed for help from authorities. “Please bring my child back to me,” she wailed.
The woman a resident of Gulshan-e-Iqbal said that her ex-husband snatched her child, Azaan, from her while she was shopping at a Sunday Bazaar in Gulistan-e-Jauhar.
She alleged that her ex-husband had transferred her child to Swat.
The case was heard by a bench which included Justice Farooq Shah. The court ordered that the child be produced in the court on April 28.
