LAHORE – The Lahore Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) Shopping Festival organised a cycle rally on Sunday, which provided Lahoris a maiden opportunity to watch around 100 cyclists race on city roads.
The rally started from the LCCI and culminated at the Lahore Expo Centre. Punjab Industries Secretary Dr Shujaat Ali was the chief guest while Guard Auto Zone Project Director Shehryar Ali Malik was the guest of honour. Ali said that the festival had given a new lease of life to residents of the city who were looking forward to such functions for quite a long.
He said that the Punjab government will continue to support all such events aimed at strengthening the economy and highlighting the soft image of the country. Shahzad said that the event will be made an annual feature in the coming years.
