LAHORE – Malik Asghar Awan, 40, a resident of Awan town died while another, Naveed, received injuries when an air-filling cylinder exploded while unloading in EME Housing Society on Sunday.
Chuhang Police said the Al-Khidmat Group of traders from Hafeez Centre had arranged a cricket tournament in the EME Housing Society.ground. On Sunday Al-Khidmat Group Secretary Malik Asghar Awan was supervising arrangements when an air-filling cylinder was brought inside the ground.
Labourer, Naveed, was off loading it, when it accidentally exploded. Awan, was standing close to cylinder when it exploded. Doctors declared Awan dead when he arrived at the hospital.
Malik Asghar Awan was a leading bussinessman and a senior leador of Al Khidmat
Group. He was very kind hearted and a practical muslim. He was very popular amongst his family relatives as well as his friends.
His death has created an irrepairable loss and a gap which can not be filled at any cost.He was so loving with everyone…… He was so respectable person.
He was loving father and an obedient son. He respected his parents and served them with care and love.He solved the problems and hardships of everyone.
