A man was killed on a road when a speeding truck hit his motorcycle within Civil Lines police jurisdiction.
Mehmood lodged a complaint with the local police stating that his brother, Muhammad Farooq, was going to a local market when a truck (RT-614) hit his bike and killed him on the spot while the driver fled the scene. The body was shifted to District Headquarters Hospital for medico-legal formalities. The police have registered a case and started investigation.
