PFA seizes 425 litres of milk

Punjab Food Authority (PFA) during its crackdown against substandard milk seized 425 litres of milk on Monday.

According to the spokesman of the PFA, field teams under the supervision of Director Operations Ayesha Mumtaz checked 56 milk vehicles in which four were found to have substandard milk. The PFA team wasted a quantity of milk on the spot, while four samples were sent to the laboratories.

Meanwhile, special teams of the PFA sealed another two milk shops for selling substandard milk.
