Jashan-e-Baharan festival would be celebrated at the Nawaz Sharif Park, Rawalpindi from March 30 to April 10.
Chairman PHA Malik Ibrar Ahmed talking to APP said that all available resources are being utilized to provide a healthy environment to the people.
He said the government was making all out efforts to promote cultural and healthy activities for the people. Flower show, musical gala and other events would be part of the celebrations.
A flower arrangement competition would also be held to mark the arrival of spring, he added.
