Special Assistant to Prime Minister on Foreign Affairs Tariq Fatemihas said Pakistan desires good friendly ties with all its neighbours, including India and Afghanistan.
Addressing a function in Karachi, he said Pakistan is looking forward to a new era of peace as well as progress and development in Afghanistan and is extending every sort of assistance and collaboration.
Tariq Fatemi said Pakistan enjoys very deep friendly ties with China, and the two countries take each other into confidence regarding regional and international affairs.
He said China-Pakistan Economic Corridor is a project that is beneficial not only for our two countries, but almost half of the world’s population will also benefit from it.
