A man doused his wife with kerosene oil and set her ablaze following an argument at their house in Koro Dawoodani area of the city.
As per details, the incident took place on Sunday when Tandu Allahyar, resident of Gulzar Ali, had an argument with his wife Hakimzadi. After the altercation, he doused her with kerosene and set her ablaze. The accused managed to flee from the scene.
The woman was shifted to Civil Hospital Tandu Allahyar in critical condition by the area residents. According to doctors, the woman, who suffered over 70 per cent burns, is undergoing treatment at the hospital and her condition is reported to be critical.
