A man on Monday threw acid on his wife in Ibrahim Haideri area, wounding her badly.
Reportedly, Yasmeen, 30, was attacked with acid by her spouse. A rescue team reached the spot and shifted the victim to the burns ward of Civil Hospital Karachi (CHK) for treatment. The accused fled the scene after the incident. Police have started conducting raids for his arrest.
