The Supreme Court of Pakistan on Monday dismissed the petition against former President Musharraf under article 6 of the constitution and directed the petitioner to approach the concerned forum.
A three judge bench of apex court headed by Justice Gulzar Ahmed conducted the hearing of the petition filed by Mr. Taufeeq Asif, counsel of petitioner saying that case should be heard individually.
During the course of the hearing the counsel of petitioner appeared before the court and said that Islamabad High Court heard the remaining three parties while dismissed the petition without hearing his arguments.
The court observed that his concerned forum is special court and he should approach it. The court dismissed the petition.
