A delegation of the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) on Wednesday paid a visit to Nine-Zero, headquarters of the Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM), in order to bridge the gap between the two political parties.
Najmi Alam, Waqar Mehdi and other leaders of the PPP were among the visiting delegation. They invited MQM leaders to be a part of the All Parties Conference (APC) to be held on census.
Abdul Qadir Khanzada of MQM said that decision regarding attending the conference will be made by the Coordination Committee. Issues related to census and local bodies’ elections were also discussed during the meeting of the two parties’ leaders.
Next they might visit Dehli!
Matter of fact, PPP is more concerned more about the census than MQM. They want certain conditions met before census. Mr 10% had said that PPP will support MQM during their thin times and now is thin time for PPP. You scratch my back and I will scratch yours.
