The chief of Jamaat-e-Islami (JI), Sirajul Haq on Monday urged the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) government to clear its position on the issue of KP Ehtesab Commission.

Talking to reporters, Haq said that the accountability process should not be governed by the government, adding that in the country petty thieves are held but those involved in corruption of billions of rupees get away.

He said that no corruption charge was proven against Pervez Khattak, however whatever accountability is conducted it should be based on justice.
