Dubai – Our Bizti Correspondent: Speaking at a press conference on Saturday, Paddy Upton, the head coach of the Lahore Qalandars said that the team would at last try to reduce the loss margins in the matches to come.

“We are fully aware of our limitations,” he said. “We know that the victory over Quetta Gladiators, the best team in the League, was just a one-off that was granted to us by the divine guidance of the saints whose followers we are named after. We won’t win many matches.”

“The best course of action, then, is to reduce our loss margins, which will, in turn, reduce our BQ stats,” he said, referring to the team’s Bizti Quotient, a key statistic to keep in mind for any team whose supporters are citizens of Lahore and nearby Faisalabad.

“We are taking solid steps to at least put up a good-enough show,” said batting coach Ijaz Ahmed. “For starters, we have started using Chris Gayle’s favourite line on him, ‘Come on, baby, don’t be shy.’”
