Former president Pervez Musharraf was rushed to PNS Shifa hospital on Thursday, as his health conditions worsened.
According to details, Musharraf while at home was sitting with family when he fainted. He was taken to the hospital amid tight security.
A team of doctors has been called to examine him. Various tests will be conducted on the former president to determine the cause.
Musharraf, 72, has had health issues before as well. In 2014, he was taken to hospital for a heart condition the same day he was supposed to appear in the court.
