An implacable youth gunned down his sister over love marriage dispute here on Friday and escaped from the scene.
Police said that the accused opened firing at his younger sister who had solemnised love marriage only one day earlier, killing her on the spot in Baghbanpura area of provincial capital.
The culprit managed to flee after committing the murder. The body was shifted to hospital for medico-legal formalities and the police after registering a case against the murderer have started efforts for his arrest.
