Three real sisters died while two others were hospitalised after eating rotten cake here on Monday.
According to Shahzad, a resident of Railway Colony Raiwind, his five daughters ate cake which turned out to be poisonous for reason unknown. As a result, one and half years old Amina and four-year-old Tayyeba died on the spot while three others fell unconscious.
The affected girls were rushed to hospital where another girl expired, raising death toll to three.
