Louis Tomlinson has shared the very first picture of his adorable newborn son!

The One Direction star treated fans to the sweet shot of him cradling the tiny tot on Wednesday evening.

Also revealing his newborn’s name, Louis wrote next to the black and white picture which shows him placing his chin delicately on his young son’s head: “Meet my little lad, Freddie.”

Moments later he added: “Freddie Tommo.”

Louis’ mum Johannah re-posted the photo shortly after and shared: “My boy with his boy – Louis & Freddie.”

The 24-year-old singer and his former flame Briana Jungwirth welcomed Freddie into the world last week.

A day after his birth, Louis took to Twitter to share the happy news with his fans.

The teen pin-up wrote: “I’m pleased to say my baby son was born yesterday 🙂 He is healthy and pretty amazing 🙂 I’m very happy! (sic)”

Just minutes after his first tweet the excited new dad also posted the lyrics to Boney M.’s 1976 popular hit Daddy Cool and said: “Daddy Daddy cool” and soon after, followed it up with a string of smiley emojis.

The singer’s band-mate Harry Styles later wrote on Twitter: “Flowers all round.”

Days after the birth, Louis was also pictured putting his parenting skills to the test as he appeared to set up a car seat while paying a visit to Briana’s family home in Calabasas, California.

Meanwhile, Louis has reportedly agreed to pay nearly £10,000 a month for the upkeep of his son.

“Louis is doing everything he can to provide for mother and baby. He’s very wealthy but is still being hugely generous in the amount he is giving… He’s taking being a dad very seriously,” a source told The Sun.

Over half of the £2.1 million spend will go on the £4,200 a month rent of a four-bedroom house in Calabasas where Briana can live with the little boy.

Pakistani designer’s taxi art features in Coldplay’s latest video

Coldplay’s newest single, Hymn For The Weekend, not only features Bollywood actor Sonam Kapoor and Beyonce but also a taxi designed by Pakistani artist Samya Arif.

When Samya was called on board for Taxi Fabric’s Independence Day project, little did she know that her art would be featured in Coldplay’s newest single, but there it is in multiple snippets throughout the video.

Sankeet Avlani, who initiated the Taxi Fabric project in Mumbai, uploaded a screenshot of Chris Martin seated in the taxi designed by Samya and tagged the Pakistani designer in his Facebook post.

Soon enough, she took to Facebook to express her excitement. Overjoyed, she thanked Taxi Fabric and Sankeet for changing her life “for the best”.

The four minute-long music video features the taxi a number of times times in short sequences. In fact, the video kick starts with Chris Martin seated at the back of the taxi designed by Samya.

Fans and friends were just as ecstatic as Samya about her design being featured in the British band’s latest single.
