The Anti Narcotics Force (ANF) foiled a bid to smuggle six kilogram heroin abroad and arrested an accused at Allama Iqbal Airport here on Wednesday.
The ANF sources said that during search of baggage of a passenger leaving for Colombo through international airline flight at Allama Iqbal International Airport Lahore, six kg heroin worth millions of rupee in the international market was recovered.
The recovered drug was taken into custody and the culprit stated to be a citizen of Lahore was detained.
