A key operative of the self-styled Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) was arrested from Rawalpindi in a joint action conducted by secret and law-enforcement agencies.
Identified as Muhammad Ali, a software engineer, the arrested terrorist was planning a terrorist attack in Rawalpindi and was stated to be making recruitments for Daesh.
Ali had reportedly developed a website and used to be in touch with people through its chat room. According he security sources, Ali had hired many people for Daesh and had sent them to Syria.
