Lahore – Our Dhamakaydar Correspondent: Tragedy struck in Lahore on Saturday when TV personality Ayesha Sana exploded in a busy locality in Gulberg, Lahore.
The event occurred behind the Liberty Market, in a section that has shops of many fashion accessories and beauty parlours.
“Her hair hadn’t been done up the way she wanted and when she walked out of the parlour, she found out that her clothes hadn’t been dyed quite the colour that she had wanted. That is when it happened,” said Faiza Hassan, an innocent bystander, speaking to reporters from Shaikh Zayed Hospital, where she has been admitted.
The Punjab government also came under severe criticism as the newly constituted Ayesha Sana Disposal Squad (ASDS) did not reach the venue on time.
“We must realise that despite constant surveillance, Ayesha Sana can still be smuggled anywhere and can go off at any given point in time,” said DIG Aslam Lashari, the ASDS chief.
The star herself had one thing to say to the news media that had gathered at her residence to get her version, “Bright karein……BRIGHT KAREIN!!!!”
