Three armed robbers shot dead a pregnant woman for resisting them during a robbery bid on Sundar Das Road in Lahore on Wednesday
Amina Bibi along with her husband Muhammad Noman was traveling in a car in the Zaman Park area when robbers held them hostage at gunpoint. The couple put up resistance prompting one of the robbers to open fire and a bullet hit Bibi and she sustained fatal injuries. She was rushed to the Services Hospital, where she died during treatment while the doctors managed to save the life of the baby after an emergency surgery. The police have registered a case and started investigation.
