An anti-terrorism court (ATC) Wednesday decided to indict Shaheen Air’s pilot Asmat Mehmood on January 2.
The hearing of the case was conducted in a special court of ATC during which the verdict was announced.
Asmat Mehmood is accused of endangering the lives of the passengers during the crash-landing as the medical report revealed that the pilot was drunk and had 83 percent alcohol with lack of sleep the previous night.
At least 10 passengers were injured in the incident that took place on November 3, causing damage to the aircraft.
