Anchorperson Reham Khan has dismissed as baseless her first former husband Dr Ejazur Rehman’s claim which he made in a legal notice.

Through the notice served on Reham Khan, Rehman had asked her to pay him 100 million rupees and submit a written apology for allegedly damaging his reputation.

Reham Khan allegedly made defamatory remarks against Rehman during an interview to a TV channel.

Advocate Khurram Hashmi replied to the legal notice on behalf of Reham on Monday, saying that Rehman’s claim was baseless. According to the reply, Reham had spoken in her interview about domestic violence in general and it was not specifically about Rehman.

It, however, said that allegations against Rehman of having been involved in domestic violence might not be baseless and the same could be verified from the judicial record of British courts.
