Imran Khan should learn to face the truth: Hamza Shehbaz

Central Leader Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) MNA Hamza Shehbaz said on Sunday that people had buried forever the politics of lies under the heavy mandate of the local bodies’ elections and said that Imran Khan should learn to face the truth.

Addressing a big public meeting in Gillaywal in connection with by-elections in NA-154 Lodhran, Hamza Shehbaz said that under the leadership of Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif, Pakistan would become a prosperous country. He said that those who supported Qabza group in Lahore and the elements, which had loans written off in Lodhran would not be able to make new Pakistan. Hamza Shehbaz presented ‘documentary proof’ of the writing off of loans of Jehangir Tareen from banks. He said that those who tried to hold Islamabad hostage for 126 days, in fact, had hatched a conspiracy against the progress of the nation and created hurdles in the investment of $46 billion by China. He said that allegations made from the container were rejected by the Judicial Commission of the Supreme Court of Pakistan.

Hamza Shehbaz said that achievements of the present government during the last two and a half years were before the people while the nation had also seen those who were only involved in dramas and mudslinging. He said that like other by-elections, PML-N would also win on December 23 and that the journey towards progress and prosperity would continue. He said that instead of any person or party, the victory will be of Pakistan.

Hamza Shehbaz said that terrorism was being completely eliminated from the country. He said that peace was being restored in Karachi while load-shedding and other problems would also be overcome by 2017. Hamza Shehbaz assured to solve problems faced by the people in PP-211 of NA-154.

Earlier, Hamza Shehbaz was given a warm welcome on his arrival to the area.

PML-N candidate from NA-154 Siddique Khan Baloch, MNA from NA-155 Abdul Rehman Kanjo, MPA from PP-211 Ahmad Khan Baloch and PML-N leader Nazir Khan also spoke on the occasion and called upon the people to ensure victory of PML-N from the constituency.
