Islamabad Police have arrested eight outlaws including a killer and a proclaimed offender besides recovering two stolen vehicles and weapons from them, a police spokesman said.
He said that Sub-Inspector Muhammad Rab Nawaz, Head Constable Muhammad Tahir along with police team nabbed Nisar s/o Momin Khan Resident of Mehmand Agency. He was wanted in a double murder as well as car theft cases while two vehicles (DS-2245, BZ-660) and weapons along with ammunition were also recovered from them. He assassinated his uncle and cousin and cases had been registered against them at Takht Bhai police station Mardan.
Meanwhile, Margallah police nabbed Shakeel and Bilal for selling petroleum products illegally while Ramana police apprehended Ayaz Khan for having 9MM pistol. Sihala police nabbed Zeeshan Zafar for selling petroleum products illegally while three professional alm-seekers were also arrested.
Cases have been registered against these nabbed persons and further investigation is underway. SSP Islamabad Sajid Kiani has appreciated their performance and further directed to take effective policing measures.
