A team of Customs intelligence seized smuggled cigarettes, pan masala and gutka worth millions of rupee here on Sunday.
A team of custom intelligence officials on a tip-off raided a godown in Old Anarkali locality of Lahore. It seized a huge quantity of non-custom paid cigarettes worth Rs 50 million and also took into custody 54 cartons of pan masala and gutka smuggled from India.
The team seized the smuggled items and registered a case against owners of the godown.
