The National Accountability Bureau has decided to join hands with students in attempt to thwart corruption. More than 100,000 students will act as vanguard for the Bureau in the campaign for the eradication of corruption.

The anti-corruption department has launched a Character Building Society Database Management System. An inaugural ceremony was held in this regard in University of Engineering and Technology(UET) during which a Memorandum Of Understanding (MOU) was signed between NAB, UET, Government College University (GCU) and Virtual University (VU).

Speaking on the occasion, the NAB Chairman stated that the university students will assist the Bureau in the anti-corruption awareness programme.

During the ceremony, students presented various speeches highlighting the adverse effects of corruption on the society and played anthems to stimulate the significance of the youth in a society.
