Hearing of SHC senior staff petition regarding appointments against code of conduct adjourned

Sindh High Court (SHC) has adjourned till 7 December hearing of a petition filed by its senior staff on appointments against code of conduct.

A 2-member of SHC comprising Justice Muhammad Ali Mazhar and Justice Karim Khan Agha took up the case for hearing Monday.

The senior staff of the court took the plea in their petition that some persons are being appointed in grade 16 in SHC by ignoring senior staff and it will be injustice with the senior employees who are working in the court since the last several years. Therefore, these appointments be stopped and senior employees be given preference.
