At least one person was killed and another sustained injuries in a landmine explosion in Mohmand Agency on Saturday.
According to local officials, two persons were passing through fields when the landmine exploded with big bang in Sangar area of Anbar tehsil of the agency, in which one person was killed and another seriously injured.
The dead and injured were shifted to nearby hospital, while the security forces started search operation in the area.
