Dispelling the impression created by some news reports about Pakistani dossiers containing evidence of India’s role in destabilising Pakistan, Advisor to Prime Minister on Foreign Affairs, Senator Sartaj Aziz said that the United Nations and United States were provided sufficient information in those dossiers.
Responding to a question during the question hour in the National Assembly, he said that the dossiers contain substantial information about foreign involvement in Federally Administered Tribal Areas (FATA), Karachi and Balochistan.
He said that some information has been held back so that the sources are not leaked, however, the claim that the dossiers have no material evidence was totally incorrect.
To another question, the advisor said that as many as 18 agreements and Memorandum of Understandings were signed with Belarus to help enhance bilateral trade and friendly relations between the two countries.
He said that Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif visited Belarus in August, while the prime minister of Belarus also visited Pakistan in November, during which several agreements were signed between the two nations.
He said mainly the business-to-business agreements were signed which would help bring investments into Pakistan.
The advisor said that the reports pertaining to the implementation and execution of these agreements would be sent to the prime minister every month and expressed hope that several of these agreements would become operations soon.
The so called dossier given to Banki moon's assistant was found in the dust bin on the same day. USA has evern refused to acknowledge that they received any dossier papers. Without further bluff, Sartaz Aziz should put the entire information in public domain.
