Hamza bars MPs from visiting polling stations

PML-N leader Hamza Shahbaz Sharif Tuesday asked party’s assembly members not to visit polling stations on November 19.
He asked them to strictly observe code of conduct given by the Election Commission of Pakistan.
Speaking to the party office-bearers of 12 districts via video conference regarding second phase of local bodies elections, he said ban on aerial firing during victory celebration rallies and processions should be ensured.
He said special security arrangements would be made at sensitive polling stations in various districts. He said life of every citizen is precious and directed candidates to avoid aggression and maintain law and order situation at all cost.
Hamza expressed his optimism that Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz would win second phase of local government elections with a thumping majority.
