Names of 9,753 persons have been deleted from the Exit Control List.
According to spokesman of the Interior Ministry, names of 9, 836 persons have also been taken off the Black List. He said that in future the names will be put on ECL after necessary scrutiny by a four member ECL Committee set up in the Interior Ministry.
