A police constable was injured in a firing incident within the Pirwadhai Police Station jurisdiction.
According to police, the Police constable, Nauman was deployed on the security at the office of political leader, when two unidentified gunmen on motorcycle opened fire at him. He sustained injuries in the incident and was rushed to local hospital and was given medical treatment.
The police have registered a case and started investigation; however no arrests were made till the filing of this report.
